Terms & Conditions for the Free Gi Promotion<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to War Dog Combat whose Instagram handle is @War_dog_combat. The “Free Item” refers to one (1) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi (uniform).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By entering the promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 16:00 on 31 August 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Free Item will be awarded to the first five (5) persons that sign up for and pay upfront fees for two (2) months of the All Access Plan. The fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This promotion is open only to residents of South Africa and only for persons that are brand new to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The Promoter reserves the right to determine whether the participant is eligible for the promotion or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only one Free Item per person per competition will be given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Promoter will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter\u2019s liability under or in connection with the promotion or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Free Item in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Free Item for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Free Items are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Free Item becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that Free Item for an item of equal value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Free Item.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter\u2019s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
